Bayside Business Solutions is managed by a team of professionals whose diverse backgrounds and strengths create a well-rounded group that leads the company with technical expertise, creativity and a constant focus on service.

Russ Opper – Managing Director and CTO

Russ has been involved with the computer software/automation industry for over 30 years, as a developer and architect of complex software systems. He began his career as a software consultant and project manager in the 1970’s developing systems for a wide range of industries, from aerospace to commercial finance, for mainframes, mini computers, and PC-based systems.

In the mid 1990s, he began the planning and development of Bayside’s FactorSoft product to address the growing need for a modern factoring system in the commercial finance marketplace.

Debora Musikar – Senior Vice President, Administration and Client Relations

Debora brings over 25 years of experience delivering superior products and services to clients, in diverse industries and settings. A founding partner of Bayside Business Solutions, Debora began her career owning and managing a successful graphic arts business in New York City, for over 15 years. In the 1990’s, she served as VP and Director of Marketing for a Los Angeles-based VAR of computer networking services.

Jay McKinney – Senior Vice President, Operations

Jay has over 20 years of progressive experience in software support and operations in various financial industries including Banking/Factoring and Health/Life Insurance Claims. Prior to joining Bayside, Jay provided independent process re-engineering to Financial Institutions, including Factors and served for many years as a VP and Director of Operations for a SunGard Data Systems company which specialized in enterprise imaging and workflow software systems.

Marvin McConaghy—Vice President, Business Development

Marvin is responsible for Bayside’s sales and marketing activities. Prior to joining Bayside, Marvin spent 26 years in sales, business development, and executive management with providers of solutions for transaction processing for the banking and financial sectors. He most recently held the position of VP and General Manager of the U.S. Solutions Group of a NYSE traded company which specialized in payment processing, imaging, and document management.
