Another Rousing Success at the Annual User Forum!

A banquet and reception. An extra ½ day of round table discussions. A trivia game with prizes. And, an advance product announcement. All this and more came together to make the sixth annual User Forum another tremendous success.

With the Welcome Reception Tuesday evening, Bayside staff and Forum attendees had the opportunity to introduce themselves to one another or simply get reacquainted for those returning attendees. Bayside welcomed exhibiting vendors to the Reception, providing FactorSoft clients the chance to learn about some of Bayside partners.

During the Forum Thursday, as in Forums past, attendees were given the opportunity to see what enhancements have been put in place over the past 12 months, as well as what the coming year might hold. Additionally, Bayside welcomed comments and suggestions from the audience. During breaks, attendees again had the opportunity to visit with the event exhibitors.

Attendees of the Forum were also the first to learn as-yet-unannounced company and product news. If you missed the User’s Forum, watch your email in the next few weeks for news about CADENCE. Bayside will make its official announcement about CADENCE at the CFA’s Annual Convention in November.

Throughout the day, Kim Galloway posed true/false trivia questions to attendees, ranging from silly, little known facts to how-to FactorSoft inquiries. At the end of the forum, responses were tallied with winners being awarded prizes. First place went to Jessica Johnson of Concept Financial, who won an iPod. Second place, and a digital picture frame, went to Rod Matheson of Montcap. Steve Johnson of JD Factors earned the third place prize of portable speakers.

Beginning with the Welcome Reception and culminating with the Forum Dinner, attendees and Bayside staff enjoyed a fun, educational, and informative event. To see some pictures from the Forum, click here.
