Support Procedures

Technical Support is available to clients with a current support and maintenance contract using our Incident Tracking System (ITS) at http://support.factorsoft.com, or by clicking the Client Login button above. Support is available via the Incident Tracking System from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Standard Time.

Clients with an active, open ITS case may also call FactorSoft Technical Support at (205) 972-8900, Option 2, to supply additional information. This option is available Monday - Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM CST. When contacting Technical Support by phone you must provide the ITS Case Number, as well as the exact FactorSoft Version and System Serial Number (which can be located on the "About FactorSoft" screen).

Clients with Critical Outages may call FactorSoft Technical Support at (205) 972-8900 Option 2. This option is available 24 x 7 every day. At any time other than 7:00 AM CST to 7:00 PM CST Monday through Friday - holidays excluded - callers to this number are instructed to acknowledge an afterhours support message and will incur charges. In the absence of an afterhours Extended Critical Care contract, calls will result in an hourly charge, invoiced in one (1) hour increments, with a one (1) hour minimum. The current rate for non-covered afterhours/holiday support is $200 / hour.

FactorSoft Training

Disaster Recovery Solution

Bayside’s Disaster Recovery Solution can have your FactorSoft Database available through FactorSoft: Live almost immediately. This makes getting back in business as simple as getting to any PC with an internet connection. With our safe offsite storage service, we house backups of your FactorSoft database on a predetermined basis. Should you ever need to restore your database, we'll have you up and running as quickly as possible.
