FactorSoft Training
We offer both onsite training courses and inhouse
training at our office in Birmingham, Al. Each course includes hands-on training exercises and a printed reference manual for the class.

Please note the Course Title and Request Date of the Course in the
email. Your request will be acknowledged in 3 working days or less.
To enroll in a scheduled Birmingham Training class, please download, fill out the Birmingham Training Request Form, then fax (or mail with payment) this form:
Reservation cannot be guaranteed/confirmed until
payment is received.
Onsite Training
If you would like to request onsite training, please

Payment and Cancellation Policies
Payment
Payment for the full training fee made payable by
company check must be received before seat reservation/class can be
confirmed. For payment information, please contact Kim Galloway (kgalloway@baysidebiz.com).
- For Onsite training, payment must
be made at least 15 days in advance.
- For Birmingham training, payment
must be made at least 10 days in advance.

Cancellation of Onsite Training
Cancellation or Scheduling changes made less
than 15 business days prior to the scheduled training will result in
forfeiture of the training fee, as well as any travel related expenses
incurred by Bayside Business Solutions.
Cancellation of Birmingham Training
For cancellation 4+ weeks prior to class start date, class fees are applied to a future class at 100%.
For cancellation 2-4 weeks prior to class start date, 50% of class fees are
forfeited and 50% may be applied to a future class. Cancellation 2 weeks or less prior to class start date, class fees are
forfeited at 100% and no credit toward a future class can be given.
